Dr. Matthew Blondin has been serving the eye care needs of the Torrington and Kent communities since 1979. He is a 1975 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1978. He is both DPA and TPA certified, and currently offers a complete range of eye care services including blood pressure screening and glaucoma testing.
