Welcome to Burdick Road Orchard! We are a family-size orchard in New Hartford (in the Litchfield Hills of northwest CT). We grow 25 varieties of apples. Some are heritage, nearly a century old, and some are new. Recently we have added blueberries and some baby pear trees. The orchard stand is open 7 days a week, 8:30 am to dusk, from August 15 through December 15. You can purchase apples, cider, our delicious fruit pies, honey, jams and preserves at the stand next to our house. We also offer home-grown veggies, herbs and mums in season, and handcrafts. Gresczyk Farms LLC is a family owned and operated farm in northwest Connecticut. The Gresczyk Family grows 130 acres of vegetables, raises 600 laying chickens, and grows 1.5 acres of berries.
