On Wednesday December 18th at 10 am the David M. Hunt Library will offer Mindfulness and Mediation with Ally Lyons. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this session will include an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, discussion of the benefits of meditation, two short meditations and time for questions. This event is free and open to the public.
Ally Lyons, a resident of Falls Village, has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years, and teaching for the past five years. Ally is also a Reiki practitioner and the co-founder of isitclean.org
