This holiday season, Housatonic Habitat is combining laughter with philanthropy in a special Charity Comedy Show featuring actor and comedian Adam Ferrara on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at The Ridgefield Playhouse in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The show will begin at 7:30 PM, with all proceeds benefiting Housatonic Habitat‘s mission to build affordable homes and provide essential home safety repairs for low-income seniors and veterans in need.
As we enter the season of giving, this event offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy an evening of comedy while supporting a cause that makes a meaningful difference. Tickets are priced at just $50 for General Admission, and $100 for a Meet & Greet with Adam Ferrara, offering fans an exclusive opportunity to meet the comedian. In addition, the event features a range of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals, with packages starting at $100 and reaching up to $1,000. Adam Ferrara Bio:
Adam Ferrara, actor and comedian, has earned the title of “Hilarious” from Entertainment Weekly. An internationally touring headliner, he is a two-time nominee for Best Male Stand-Up by the American Comedy Awards and has released three Comedy Central Specials. Ferrara is known for his superb gift of comedy and improv, guaranteed to bring non-stop fun and laughter.
He starred as Chief Needles Nelson on the Emmy®-nominated FX drama Rescue Me alongside Denis Leary and played Frank Verelli on Showtime’s Nurse Jackie opposite Emmy® Award-winner Edie Falco. Ferrara also co-starred in the hit movies Paul Blart: Mall Cop and Definitely, Maybe with Ryan Reynolds.
His TV credits include roles in ABC’s upcoming Deception, CBS’s The Good Fight, NBC’s Law & Order, ABC’s Ugly Betty, and CBS’s The King of Queens. He was also a series regular on the critically acclaimed ABC show The Job, alongside Denis Leary.
