Are you a local fascinated by folklore? Join author Patrick Scalisi and artist Valerie Ruby-Omen for a talk about their book, Connecticut Cryptids. Pat and Val did extensive research on stories of creatures from our state. They’ll explain the concepts of “cryptozoology” and “cryptids,” then present a live storytelling session. Audience Q+A and book signing to follow. Books and prints available to purchase.
