Designing Mindfulness is an exhibition of objects that encourage us to focus on the present. Opening vernissage May 21st, 6-8pm with a Sound Bath Demonstration at 7pm – pausing for a moment to bring present awareness and intention for yourself, your loved ones, and the world around us.
