Art Gallery Opening & Reception
Thursday, September 11
6:00 PM-7:30 PM
Join us for an artist talk and opening reception of Inkpa Mani’s “The Land Remembers Us.” This body of work emphasizes the land as an active participant in cultural memory and belonging. The paintings feature energetic gestures and colors that evoke sacred geographies and spiritual resonance. The stone sculptures, carved from found stone, act as carriers of ancestral memory. Together, these works represent land not as a backdrop, but as a keeper of identity and spirit.
