It was 10:10 p.m. in a Los Angeles diner when an eccentric stranger (Sam Rockwell) burst in claiming to be a time traveler. His warning was chilling: within a generation, a rogue AI would destroy civilization—and only a specific combination of people inside the diner could stop it.
To convince them, he revealed intimate details from each patron’s past, slowly winning over a reluctant group of volunteers. But there was one unsettling catch: this wasn’t his first attempt. In fact, it was his 117th.
