Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy Annual Benefit
On Saturday, June 20, 2026, Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy will once again come alive for our Annual Benefit—an evening of conservation, community, and celebration set on our beautiful campus, home to more than 500 rare and endangered birds. We are honored to recognize Sy Montgomery, whose writing has inspired millions to see the natural world with curiosity, empathy, and wonder.
Last year’s Benefit welcomed a record-breaking number of guests and reaffirmed its place as one of Litchfield County’s most distinctive summer gatherings. In 2026, we will build on that momentum by inviting you to experience Ripley’s newly transformed landscape with expanded opportunities to engage with our wonderful birds.
These birds, many of which are not possible to see anywhere in the United States — and, in some cases, the wild — are ambassadors for a fragile future.
As habitats vanish and species are quietly disappearing, firsthand experiences with wildlife have never mattered more. The responsibility for protecting the natural world increasingly falls on organizations like Ripley — and engaged individuals like you — to ensure that vulnerable species do not disappear.
