New Milford Carol Sing
Grab your hats, mittens, and some holiday spirit, for New Milford Commission on the Arts Annual Carol Sing, Saturday, December 13 at 6:30 PM, on the Town Green.
A tradition that began in 1977, under the direction of band leader Skitch Henderson, the Carol Sing takes place around New Milford’s bandstand, complete with songbooks, luminaries, and of course, plenty of holiday tunes.
This year’s Carol Sing will be led by local vocalist Nancy Reid, who has been singing on stage since the age of 13 and has embraced music as a lifelong passion. Reid spent five years as part of the Faith Church worship team and two years at Walnut Hill, where she developed as both a vocalist and performer. With a deep love for singing, Nancy brings her passion and energy to every audience she meets.
Immediately following the Carol Sing is Water Witch’s beloved and much-anticipated Parade of Lights.
Fill the night with music, laughter, and a whole lot of cheer. Bring friends, family, and anyone who loves the magic of the season!
