The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens is pleased to welcome artist Greta Boesel and her exhibition, “Söngskissur: Icelandic Song Sketches,” on view beginning Friday, Nov. 21.

An opening reception will be held on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

“Söngskissur: Icelandic Song Sketches,” is a collection of 33 cantographs, or visual representations of songs, rendered in textile work, assemblage, collage and digital media, reflecting Icelandic music from the 14th century to present.
