Foraged Foods Cooking Class
Discover Mother Earth’s first gifts of the season as we harvest and cook with wild foods including dandelion, nettle, garlic mustard, ground elder, garlic chives and ramps. This is a hands-on class that concludes with a lunch of all the class recipes. $125 per person
