Have you been to @charymyoga in Litchfield lately? They offer yoga classes, sound baths, workshops, and more. Silvana de Luca is the new owner and the Happening in the Hills team had a wonderful retreat there this weekend. Michael twisted our bodies and left us feeling rejuvenated while Crystal lulled us into a deep relaxation with her sound bath. A great way to start off the new year. Namaste! 🙏 🥰
