Women in Recovery: Recognizing, Managing, and Healing Trauma

This weekend retreat is for any woman in recovery. (Alcohol, drugs, or anything else you consider yourself to be recovering from.) Together we will create a safe space to explore how trauma has impacted our lives. We will gain insight and learn ways to manage the effect trauma has on our day to day living.

The weekend will be filled with workshops, activities, and free time to wander the beautiful grounds of Wisdom House– and more! If you have attended this workshop before, you are welcome to join us again

On Saturday night we will gather for Open Mic. If you wish, come prepared to share something you’ve written, your favorite poem, art you’ve created, a music selection, etc.! Feel free to bring your guitar or other instrument. Those who don’t choose to share at the mic are encouraged to participate as audience members!

Come, join with other women in recovery, to share, learn, and grow together as we continue along our healing journeys!
