Suit up for a pleasant stroll to the shores of Bantam Lake and through the lovely trails of Old Camp Townshend. Townshend opened in 1940, and by the end of that decade over 700 Girl Scouts visited the property. The property could house 100 campers and 28 staff members for each two-week camp session.
