Winter Solstice Celebration
December 19, 2022

Winter Solstice Celebration

Solstice Saga: A video retrospective of the first 40 years of Paul Winter’s Solstice Celebration at New York’s Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
6:30pm – Meet & Greet
7:00pm – Film Presentation
Q&A with Paul after the film

Since 1980, the Paul Winter consort has presented their Annual Winter Solstice Celebration in the world’s largest cathedral, New York’s St. John the Divine. However, current renovations in the Cathedral prevent the live production from taking place this December, so this 43rd Annual Winter Solstice Celebration will be virtual: an epic video retrospective of iconic performances from the first 40 years of this legendary event. It is a 3-hour journey (including intermission) and will be followed by a question & answer with Paul Winter.
Light refreshments will be offered for guests’ enjoyment.
This event is free / pre-registration is appreciated
