Embark on a transformative journey (8 class sessions) as we delve into the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra—a lying down ancient meditation experience specifically designed for profound, restorative healing. At our institute, we blend this time-honored technique with cutting-edge, hospital research-based tools (Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help & Breathwork) to alleviate and harmonize the challenges that arise during the night.
By enrolling in this class, you’ll not only experience the soothing effects of Yoga Nidra but also acquire practical strategies to manage and overcome insomnia-related hurdles. Participants can also inquire and make requests for spirit, body and mind solutions to support their needs.
Special Bonus: Classes will be recorded and sent to participants a few days after the session for your listening needs, with handouts, when applicable.
