Screening – Uprooting Addiction

On Thursday, May 15th at 5 pm the David M. Hunt Library will present a screening of the film “Uprooting Addiction”, an important, locally-produced film about trauma, addiction and recovery. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with the film’s producer and local organizations working to address the Opioid crisis in our community.

The film is recommended for ages 12 and up. This event is sponsored by Greenwoods Counseling and the Regional Opioid Response Fund. Refreshments will be offered.
