Simon Carrington returns to Norfolk Chamber Music Festival to direct the Norfolk Festival Chamber Choir and Chamber Orchestra in a variety of choral works through the ages. The 4 p.m. concert is on Aug. 20 and is the final concert of the festival season. Tickets are $10 for young adults 18-25 to $60.
