Begin the New Year with joy and focus! In this retreat you’ll be guided through nourishing breathing techniques to calm yourself, guided meditation to settle your thoughts, and shared conversation and the positive energy of like-minded women. Accessible yoga poses and meaningful ritual will help to renew and clarify your intentions for the brand new year. 

Please bring an open heart, a journal, cushion and a yoga mat (we do have a few available to borrow.)
