Running The Litchfield Hills Road Race Is Not Just Running A Race, But To Experience The Culture Of Our Cherished Town Of Litchfield, Ct. The Course Itself Is A Scenic Tour Of Some Of The Best Sites In New England.

ALWAYS the second Sunday in June; cannon goes off promptly at 1:00 p.m. Sleep in!

REGISTRATION
*$50.00 per bib.

*We will have day of registration. We are not able to accept credit cards Numbers may be limited; there is no guarantee of available numbers. Day of registration fee is $60.00

*Registration tent opens at 10:00 a.m. for packet pickup and day of registration.

*Registration tent CLOSES PROMPTLY at 12:45!

CHILDREN’S REGISTRATION
*All Children’s Races, Dashes and Runs are registered DAY OF ONLY. There is no online registration for the 2.3 race. See Children’s Page for cost info.

SHIRTS
In order to be guaranteed a DATED shirt, you must register by May 10th!

Registrations received AFTER May 10th will receive a NON DATED shirt while supplies last.

RACE PROGRAM
Want to be listed in our race program? Please register by May 1st in order to meet our printing deadlines.

AWARD CATEGORIES

LHRR offers non-binary as a gender option when registering. Please note that there are no award categories for this designation and non-binary runners may not win awards in male or female categories.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ELITE ATHLETES!
To be considered for complimentary race entry and travel reimbursement, arrangements must be made in advance of race day with our Elite Athlete Coordinator. If you feel that you would qualify for these considerations, please email your qualifications to [email protected] and we will contact you within 24 hours. Please note that there will be NO travel reimbursements for athletes who have not made prior arrangements.

While running the Litchfield Hills Road Race, you will experience a variety of changes in terrain (a historic town center, quaint side streets, dirt roads, trails through the woods, Chickadee Bridge) and many entertaining amenities hosted by our neighbors who live along the course.
