Join us for our monthly Labyrinth walk and talk.
The Labyrinth is an ancient practice of prayer and contemplation, allowing us to release what weighs us down and blocks our movement forward, leaving room for new insights and wisdom.
Experienced Labyrinth walkers and novices are all welcome.
This monthly program will include a time of conversation and meditation, before we walk the labyrinth together. Afterwards, sit in silence, journal your insights, and share your experience.
Then enjoy lunch.
