Torrington will be aglow with pumpkins – but needs your participation! Organizers want to put a jack-o-lantern in every business window in Downtown Torrington. That evening they will have artists, crafters, food, and Batchy Brew on Franklin Plaza and fun activities for kids. You’ll be able to stroll all through Downtown and enjoy the jack-o-lanterns, the shops, music, and other surprises! Drop off your jack-o-lantern at The Nutmeg Fudge Company on Thursday 10/28 during business hours (11 am-7 pm) or Friday, 10/29 from 11 am-2 pm and they will do the rest!
