Experience gentle yoga amidst nature and playful Nigerian dwarf goats at Flanders. Led by Sharon Poarch, this one-hour class caters to all levels, set against Van Vleck Farm’s picturesque backdrop. Enjoy poses while goats roam, frolic, and cuddle, adding a unique outdoor charm with laughter and a touch of messiness. July 14 and 28, and September 15 at the North Barn. $15 for members & $25 for non-members, $10 for ages 15 & under. 6 pm.
