Did you know that the first weekend in June is National Trails Day? Communities nationwide celebrate our natural lands by walking, hiking, or biking their favorite local trails.  This year we are celebrating a new bridge installation.  Birch Rocks Preserve is a peaceful, rolling walk through the woods and along the shores of Lake Lilinonah.

Connecticut is a Trails Day leader. Each year land trusts lead hundreds of events across the state.  Join us Saturday, June 1, for a hike at the Birch Rocks Preserve in Brookfield.
