Autumn Garden Journaling
The early autumn garden at Hollister House provides endless examples of richly hued foliage and flowers to draw and record in a garden journal.
Whether you’re just starting or have been journaling for some time, class demonstrations will provide plenty of drawing and watercolor tips to expand your garden record keeping.
This class will take place both indoors and in the garden and is designed for beginners and experienced journalers alike. All skill levels welcome!
Instruction of new techniques and tools with a specific plant species will help to refresh your observation, drawing and painting skills.
Journal and pen are required materials for all first time garden journal students. If you participated in a Hollister House Garden journaling workshop previously and wish to use the journal and pen you purchased then please be sure to bring them to class.
