Story Time With a Dinosaur Twist

Explore our Dino-sized mural with scavenger hunts and fun activities. We’ll also have a special excavation project where kids use the same skills as an archaeologist to unearth their own dinosaurs!

Crests, horns, frills, plates, spikes, spines, teeth, claws: when it comes to evolutionary adaptations, dinosaurs are the all time winners! Students will observe some of the amazing adaptations for themselves, and use their scientific skills to figure out what they were for. Jurassic Classroom’s resident paleontologist Patrick Murphy leads this fun, interactive exploration of actual fossils!
Walk-ins are welcome, but registering helps us plan ahead.
