Finding Our Way: The Labyrinth, Meditations, Freewriting

Buddhist priest Brian Vaugh and poet Sandy Carlson will lead a day of reflection, meditation, and freewriting. Reflection will focus on the role of the labyrinth across faith traditions and cultures. Meditation will involve walking the labyrinth. There will also be time for participants to write in whatever way they choose as a part of personal reflection. Conversation will follow.
