Live Jazz at Winvian Farm

Daniel Lauter plays solo, live jazz at the Winvian Farm August Market! Daniel Lauter is a conservatory trained multi instrumentalist, saxophonist and composer and local Kent Hollow resident. Known also for his enchanting sound baths, his jazz ensemble’s performances have included both coasts from The Hampton’s Jazz Festival, The Blue Note, Central Park Summer Stage, San Francisco Fillmore West, Wolfgangs, Kabuki Theater, Chappaqua Station, Wölffer Estates, James Beard Chef & Champagne, Southampton Arts Center +. He writes vibrant melodies set to finger snapping drum rhythms that all ages can enjoy! Daniel will be playing some cool solo jazz sax, on both original tunes and some of your favorite standards.

Live jazz solo sax sets at 11:30, 1:00 and 2:30. This is a community event and is open to the public. Attendees are welcome to stroll the beautiful grounds of Winvian Farm. ‘Set against the beauty of late summer, The August Market welcomes a thoughtfully curated gathering of specialty purveyors. More than a traditional market, it is an invitation to slow down and savor the season in an elevated countryside setting, designed to celebrate craftsmanship, seasonality, and meaningful connection. Hosted within the Gordon Brown House and its surrounding grounds, the market brings together a curated collection of artisans, makers, growers, and specialty brands offering luxury goods, seasonal harvests, and handcrafted treasures.’
