Are you interested in 3D printing but don’t know where to start? Explore the creative possibilities of this maker machine in this new beginner-friendly workshop series! Join us for one or two sessions or attend all three. Every workshop will include a brief overview of 3D printing workflow, and no previous experience is required.

The August 28th session introduces more design tools in the Tinkercad software. You’ll practice duplicating, rotating, resizing, and combining shapes as you design your own custom phone stand for printing. When your design is complete, you’ll practice downloading your file and preparing it for printing with Cura software. Projects will be printed after the workshop and can be picked up at the library at a later date.
