Art Show Opening
The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens is pleased to welcome an art exhibit featuring works by Dennis Flaherty and Adam Rogers. The exhibit, “Living in an Abstract World,” will be on view beginning Friday, August 2.
An opening reception will be held on Saturday, August 3 from 3 to 5 pm at the park located at One Green Hill Road, Washington Depot, CT.
The show highlights the artists’ layered, textured abstract paintings, inspired by the colors and forms found in the world. They reflect a kind of ‘emotional landscape’—a deeply personal reaction to the shifting forces of darkness and light in everyone’s life.
