Join us at Flanders for a Bluebird Nest Box Building Workshop and learn about the Eastern Bluebird Nest box initiative. They are being held on Saturday, February 17, and again on Saturday, February 24 at 2 PM in the Flanders Studio. Master Naturalist Dr. Edward Boisits will provide background on the history of the Eastern Bluebird and discuss the role of the nest box initiative in helping to increase the populations of these beautiful birds to sustainable levels. Following the presentation, participants will build their very own bluebird nest box using the kits provided.
