3rd Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest – After you pick the perfect pumpkin, let your creativity flow and carve your pumpkin (bring your own tools) to enter into our carving contest. Judging for the carving contest will take place at 3:30 PM. Prizes will be awarded: 1st place: 4 tickets to Flanders’ Haunted Hikes / 2nd place: 2 tickets to Flanders’ Haunted Hikes / 3rd place: A Flanders Magnet

Chainsaw Carving Demonstration – You don’t want to miss this amazing live show! Michael Audette of the CT Wood Carvers Association will be on-site at the Flanders Van Vleck Sanctuary demonstrating start to finish how to chainsaw carve a wood pumpkin! This is sure to be a unique and exciting experience.
