Case in point: the Street Corn Nachos. . “The Street Corn Nachos have quickly become a favorite at Sparrow. Our riff on elote, a Mexican street vendor staple, features house-made corn tortillas, charred corn salsa, a melty three-cheese blend, and the tangy brightness of pickled jalapeños and red onions.
