Washington Friends of Music Summer Festival

Join us for four evenings of exceptional chamber music, presented on the first four Fridays in August:
August 7, 14, 21, and 28 at 5:30 PM

This season’s programs feature works by Vivaldi, Bach, Telemann, Dvořák, Glazunov,  and other beloved composers, performed by an outstanding roster of internationally acclaimed musicians.

Featured artists include organist Paolo Bordignon of St. Bartholomew’s Church in New York City; violinists Lun Li and Julian Rhee, both rising stars of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center; recorder virtuoso Daphna Mor; and flutist Sooyun Kim, an internationally celebrated soloist and chamber musician.

Each concert offers an intimate listening experience in the historic Meeting House, followed by a reception where audience members are invited to meet the artists.
