Emily Franke is 24 years old and has always had a passion for taking care of others. She is currently going to school for Occupational Therapy and will continue following her dreams of helping those in need with her new book! Emily recently published her first children’s book in honor of her grandmother who passed away in June of 2021.

Emily’s book, The Ladybug Who Lived on a Four Leaf Clover, is a story about a little girl named Emily who loses her grandmother, but realizes she comes back to visit her as a magical ladybug! Sheila, the ladybug, reminds Emily that her grandmother is always with her. I hope to inspire others with this book and remind them there is still hope after loss. I like to say, “There are signs everywhere, just look around!”
