A Free Six-Week Class

Wednesdays, October 12 – November 23rd – 10 a.m.-12 noon (NO session 11/9)
Led by trained Co-facilitators: Jackie Miller & Bibby Veerman

*Registration is required ~ Class size limited to 15*

This special program is designed to give caregivers the tools
needed for taking care of themselves while they care for their
spouse, parent, friend or neighbor, those near or far.

The six classes help caregivers develop self-care strategies to reduce
stress, improve self-confidence, better communicate feelings,
balance their lives, increase abilities to make tough decisions and
locate helpful resources.
