Listening is so much more than just hearing words. Listening with mindfulness takes humility and an open-ness to receiving thoughts and ideas. In this workshop, we will explore the sacred nature of listening: to ourselves, to others and to the Divine. Participants will be invited to reflect, meditate and practice listening in a spiritual manner and to become aware of the higher aspects of being present. Through experiential exercises and small and large group discussions, we will experience what it is like to listen to words and beyond words, creating relationships that lead to mutual respect, dialogue, understanding and peace.
