Bring your sweetie out to the farm this Valentine’s Day! We’ll learn how to shuck oysters, make pasta, pan sear a perfect rib eye and make tiramisu from scratch!

Guests will start their evening with a glass of champagne or signature mocktail, get into their aprons and head into the kitchen.

Our Valentine’s menu is inspired by winter Italian delights:

• Oysters baked with nduja
• Radicchio and citrus salad
• Ravioli with ricotta, butternut squash and sage
• Pan seared rib eye steak with rosemary, garlic & broccoli raab
• Tiramisu

Paired with some our favorite Italian Wines!
Tickets are $95 or $125 with wines.
