Bethlehem Christmas Town

The 43rd annual festival will run from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Friday, December 6, 2024, and from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Highlights of the festival include vendors selling handcrafted items just in time for holiday shopping, a hayride, free musical entertainment, an illuminated fire truck procession, a 5K Road Race, and a Christmas Classic Vehicle Exhibition and Decorating Contest. Plus, a multitude of delicious food choices to make everyone’s visit complete.

The Festival surrounds the Bethlehem town green, at the junction of Route 61 and Route 132. All the buildings and churches participating in the festival are brimming with activities and Christmas spirit. The opening ceremony is on Friday night at 6 pm, where Chaz from the “Chaz and AJ Show” on WPLR radio will help Santa light the town’s beautiful 85-foot Christmas tree. Santa will stay for the balance of the festival, giving families the opportunity to take their own memorable photos.

Free parking is available at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds, just north of town on Route 61, Free shuttle buses between the fairgrounds and the festival, Free festival admission, Free musical entertainment, and a Free crafts workshop for children and their parents. There is also a scavenger hunt, which is free to enter. Also, children’s hayride tickets are free with adult ticket purchase.

The Christmas Town Festival is run entirely by volunteers, and the purpose of the event is to raise money to help support Memorial Hall, the community center in Bethlehem, by holding an affordable, family friendly, Christmas Festival.
